Some of the fruit was old and rotten! I will never ever use this location again. People need to stop patronizing businesses like this to send a message that their callous disregard for food quality and customer service will make them lose their business!I usually use the Edible Arrangements in Glen Oaks on Union Turnpike and they are pretty decent, but I needed the arrangement on Sunday and the Fresh Meadows location was the closest to me that was open. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews for this place first or else I would not have ordered from them and spent so much money.My chocolate covered pineapples were brown and mushy on the inside, which is unacceptable. They don’t even give a courtesy call to let you know when your arrangement is ready. The Glen Oaks location always gives a courtesy call.The owners of this location only care about their bottom line – they have no regard for food quality, and even worse, people’s health and safety. Serving spoiled items can make people sick.SHAME ON YOU! YOU ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AND YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR FRANCHISE REVOKED!If you read these reviews (2.8 out of 5) and you still order from them, then remember that you were warned if you end up with an arrangement full of rotten fruit.

Thankful to Fresh Meadows location and especially Sharon. She was kind enough to make me a fruit basket within 30 minutes. I needed one ASAP , and she was on it. It was ready as soon as arrived. Truly recommended this location.

This was desert for my sisters repast which we was finish at the grave site around 1:00 pm I requested that they have the dessert at the house by 3:00pm I saw the time it was 3:15 pm I called and ask what happened the lady states that I did not request at I told her I placed the order myself then she said oh yeah it do have 3:00pm time well he have one to drop off before you . I left my sisters home at 4:30pm no dessert my son said that it came around 7:00pm. I have been to that Edible arrangements before I don’t live far from them . I could have give my business to Parsons Blvd store 164 store need to step up their game!!
