TLDR: Don’t bother.They didn’t arrive until 5 pm – ruined my mom’s entire day. When the delivery guy called he gave me attitude for daring to be upset. When the front desk called this broad was like how is it that everyone else who picked a time got it delivered in time? i ordered a month in advance, there was no option to pick a time. I confirmed yesterday and they said I couldn’t choose a time. This neighborhood aint what it used to be.Same mean dude just called and asked for my credit card number so he can refund the money. Yeah okay.Natasha who refused to give me her last name also claims that it’s IMPOSSIBLE to refund something without a credit card number and that I should call my bank to dispute. She laughed when I explained how especially difficult this Mother’s Day was for us.When I said would you prefer I drive 3.5 hours to the store tomorrow to just swipe my card? she again laughed and said that wouldn’t work.
