Ordered online, and picked it up in store for an event. I arrived a little later than my pick up time, and they left my order outside the fridge. The fruits dipped in chocolate started to melt, and drip on the non chocolate coated fruits, making it look messy. Also some of the fruits weren’t fresh, and looked ripen. I’d suggest looking into your local fruit store for fruit arrangement/platter.

I received old and sour chocolate covered strawberries. This is not the quality I’m used to getting from Edible Arrangements so I called them right away. After trying for about 30 minutes and being sent to leave a voicemail someone finally answered and after I explained my concern she advised me to send an email to the supervisor with a picture of the item. I did as requested and told her that I wanted a replacement and was willing to wait till Monday. I never got a reply to the email and called Sunday, Monday all day and Tuesday morning and I got no reply. I ended up calling their corporate department and I am being issued a refund. Do not do business with this location. They are very unprofessional and the quality of the product is really subpar.
