Horrible experience with this particular Edible Arrangements company. I was a recipient of a fruit bouquet . The delivery was made last Saturday – 90 degree weather – and I wasn’t home. It was left on my front steps (in the sun) even though delivery person had my cell number on the receipt. He never called. If he had, I would have had a neighbor bring to their home. I came home, probably several hours later to melted chocolate and brown, soggy honeydew, etc. On Sunday I called the store. They promised to have owner contact me. By Monday afternoon I had heard nothing and called again. Sales person apologized and said she would send a new arrangement on Tuesday. I called late afternoon Tuesday and was told order was not processed and was now promised for Wednesday delivery. I said I wouldn’t be home until after 4 on Wednesday and sales person said that was fine. I actually got home at 3:30 on Wednesday and once again fruit bouquet was sitting on my steps. Fortunately chocolate was only starting to melt and other fruit looked ok. I called store and same sales person apologized again. I told her no way to run a business, especially since delivery ticket stated right next to address – delivery after 4:00pm (and again driver could have called me as my cell was on receipt). She said morning staff must have screwed up. She said she would have management contact me — It’s now Friday (almost 2 days later and I have still not heard from anyone).
