This location has ruined it for me with Edible Arrangements. It sent my order without a balloon which I paid extra for and when I called them after finding out the delivery was missing the balloon, I was given the reason that they ran out of helium and oh yeah we can give you a refund as if not a big deal at all and my refund came in for $4.88 when the balloon charge was $5.00. The 12 cents is immaterial but the point is the inability to do the job correctly! Fortunately there are other delivery arrangement companies out there because I will never order from this one again.

I tried placing an order with this establishment, That was my mistake, customer service was terrible! Have never been so disappointed with the attitude I was given from this place. The call rep. Should be trained better when helping a customer. If I could give 0 stars I would! Very outrageous. Won’t be coming back with this lack of service.
