I don’t know why the reviews are so negative, this location is one of the best. Tina was very kind and she helped me choose a beautiful assortment that my mom loved. She made the process go so smoothly and I’m very grateful. Thank you to everyone there, you are wonderful!

I was a little discouraged after reading the reviews about this particular store, I ordered online as a surprise for my best friend and to my surprise..I had a pretty good experience. My best friend received her edible arrangements today about 15 minutes ago and she loved them. She sent me pictures and everything was nicely put together, balloons looked great and everything was in tact. She said the driver called and was very nice and kept the present a secret from her until she came downstairs, which I think is great. Only thing I would say was a slight issue was, when I called the store to find out when was an approximate time for delivery and they didn’t ask for my tracking number or information, they just said they didn’t know. The customer service within the store should get some improvement. But as for my delivery, it came at a decent time, presentation wise the edible arrangement looked great and tasted great and my best friend was happy so I’m happy

If there was an option to give no stars I would. First and foremost the staff at this location is very rude. My lovely husband decided to cheer me up with a gift from this location! I got a call while I was at the gym! Away from home “come downstairs , open the door” you don’t call a customer and not explain yourself! Especially a woman at that! I got scared and hung up. The driver called back again I honestly thought it was a scammer as you know the world we live in! I answered and the driver said it’s a gift you are asking too many questions. I said take it back and I will arrange to get it. The manger – Tina! Calls me and I am trying to explain and she decides to be cheeky with her response. I asked for her full name and she decided to be rude “it’s none of your business. If someone is upset there is no way I will be speaking with honey in my voice. I was not shouting! I was merely explaining myself and being firm! So for TINA to be trying to speak down to me while I explain my issue was very rude. I could careless about your full name miss! I needed it merely to write my complaint because this ridiculous! And to think a woman is explaining to you why she was scared at this strange man calling “open the door , you are asking too many questions” you are disgusting! I want a refundThis is for the manager keep your issues that you are dealing with at home. Never you sit and try to lecture a customer. You are rude and disgusting! Why should I now take an item from your store after how I was dealt with ? No! I can just imagine what you and your staff would do to my item out of anger!I will not stop until I get beck a refund.don’t support this location. They are rude and out of order.
