I place an order for Mother’s Day 05/09 and it’s Monday 05/10 730pm. I called customer service this morning and they had someone connect me to the store (because we you call yourself they don’t answer) and she said she’ll have someone deliver it between the hours of 1-6pm. It’s 730 and i still haven’t received the arrangements. A whole day later, please don’t waste your time

Zero stars!! Ordered an arrangement for a family member who is visiting the US for medical reasons. This delivery was very important. The order was NEVER delivered. They NEVER updated the order status on the website. The number to the business has a voicemail that talks about a product from 2017 and it’s full so you can’tleave a message. How does Edible Arrangements allow this location to use their name with such blatant and disregard for the customer?? I will never order from any Edible Arrangements again because the cooperation has to know that this is an issue.
