Eckhart was great. I called before coming in to find a weight distribution system for my new trailer and they walked me through the options on the phone.When I came to the shop in Thousand Oaks I was greeted with a smile and asked how they could help me. I explained my conversation over the phone and she walked me through everything.Even carried the box and helped me with getting it in my car. Was really happy with my experience. Only wish I could remember the name of the young women that helped me, she was great. Even installed the ball into the hitch for me before I left.They have earned my business for the future and even better they aren’t a large corporation. But local to Southern California since the 40’s I think.
