We chose this place for a quick light lunch and it met out expectations. Loved the ambience – very cool collection of items on the showcases. Both the paninis we tried – the Taleggio Cheese and the Grilled Eggplant were delicious. However the split pea soup was so-so – it lacked spices, wish there was atleast a dash of pepper and my drink – blackberry jasmine ice tea was not very appetizing. But we enjoyed the complimentary appetizer and loved all the vegan options available. We were disappointed that they were not open for dinner (they mentioned that they’d be acquiring a alcohol licence soon and would be open for dinner).

We are pescaestarian and were so glad we had this option in Galveston. The cheese panini (bottom sandwich) was delicious and the salad dressing on the side salad was so tasty! The zucchini sandwich (top sandwich) was a little heavier so would have been good for early dinner. Customer service was great too, really enjoyed our visit!
