I showed up 10 minutes before closing on a Friday. Four techs standing around more than likely killing the last 10 minutes before quittin’ time, not a single frown or sigh at the pain in the rear who showed up putting them to work! When I asked if I was too late to get my tires rotated the tech exclaimed it was all good and was all smiles, and ready to go! They had me back on the road by 5:00 p.m. Good customer service is really hard to find these days, especially 10 minutes before the weekend starts! To top it off, no charge they say, because Overhead Door buys our tires from them! Thanks Eastbay 🙂
