They have a regional manager or someone call you and act like a used car salesman talking to you and working with you on the price. It was funny to hear him because half the shh he said was bullshhh. Even more so that he didn’t even let you speak. Just kept talking over you ignoring. Made me not even want to have the work done there. Find a better way to do business

My experience was absolutely wonderful from the very start of my this ordeal. It took them a couple days to actually look into the issues my car was having and it was very understandable as their shop was completely full at the time. Once they got my car in the shop they were very informative on every step of the way. Ken kept me updated every chance he had available. I was called and told that I would originally one type of repair but then that option wouldn’t work so they called and informed me of the new repair. Then they needed to order another part that wasn’t expected. Even through all of the changes and additional repairs they never changed the original quoted price. I was very thankful for the excellent communication and customer service all these guys gave from this shop.

Received car back with a empty reservoir no coolant and ac was not cooling . Took the car back the same day and was told the next day that they didn’t cause the ac issue . I had just had the ac system charged in February. I took the car back to the same ac place and there were no leaks found and no Freon in the system . I wish whoever worked on my car would’ve been honest about what really happened after spending 2,300 at eagle transmission
