Dont waste your time here. Rooms are already rented and they still take your application which only last for 30 days and you have to re apply and pay all over again. Its a scam! Worst management ever! Calling you to make an appointment to see the place, make you wait, never answers the phone!

I actually had a really terrible experience at Mineola purely due to very poor management. I won’t go into specifics because my goal is not to deter people from Mineola. They have nice apartments with nice surroundings. But the current office manager there is not competent or helpful, easily resolved issues became actual problems because of her. She actually lied to myself & my neighbors that we were the only ones encountering a certain problem mentioned in other comments & we only realized this wasn’t the case when 3 of us walked in at the same time & I made a snide remark about why I had fought for a transfer. She was absolutely awful. Now living now at the Hicksville location, which I give 5 stars, has been amazing. They are helpful, proactive, responsive. The two office managers there are great, a stark contrast to the woman at Mineola. Jose, whatever his title is, is the MVP. He helped me dig my car out after a bad snow on his own time because I couldn’t do it myself. & I haven’t had any bug problems because they are proactive in preventing something like that. I will live here for years. So 5 stars for Hicksville, 1 for Mineola due to having an incompetent office manager. That makes 4 for Eagle Rock as a whole. Hicksville didn’t have a google review page so I bunched them into one. They both have nice apartments in nice areas.Edited: looking forward to hearing from you!Edited AGAIN: um…never got a call.

I lived here in 2015-16 . The management cheated me . I rented one bedroom apartment for one year . They charged me full year rent in advance . For some personal reasons , i had to vacate the apartment before the end of lease period. As per lease agreement, they had to deduct two months rent in case they do not get a tenant , but as soon as i applied for early termination of lease , they arbitrarily changed the clauses of the agreement and deducted four months rent from my deposit . I had to go back to my country , therefore I had no option but to get the money back which they offered deducting four months rent which was $1750 per month .
