Stopped by last night (Monday) hoping to ask some questions but left without any help after standing for 10 min. Store layout is wide open concept. There was one staff who was assisting a customer which we understand, but he did not acknowledge our presence at all either via eye contact or verbally until we made a noise with a display product at the end.

Went to this demo store the day they opened to try out the new V15 Detect we had been eyeing. Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
