Rude employee refused to take my order and went to the person behind me. Short chunky white girl with glasses and hair shaved. I’ve never had a problem here until this day and she needs better customer service training. You don’t refuse service when the customer has done nothing but wait in line.

Better than Starbucks not gonna lie. Still like Starbucks, but that’s for sugar, seasonal and matcha drinks. The drinks here actually wake me up. And I used to hate the bitter coffee taste, still do. But here even if it tastes more like the coffee, like it should, I still love it. It’s not bitter like I hate.
