Spoke to a rep on the phone to schedule an appointment for the following day. Didn’t have the first tire I wanted off of Dunn tires web site and my secondary choice wasn’t available either. The rep recommended the brand General tires and told me my size are in stock etc and that if I have time tonight I can come on immediately. I accommodated my plans to go in to have these 4Tires installed. Waiting around patiently, she came out with my alignment print out which my alignment was surprisingly terrible. Didn’t notice any problems prior to but I gave her the go ahead. So another 35 minutes passes and she returns to em and says “somehow our computer changed you tire size as I typed it in and we don’t actually have your tire size… she attempted to convince me to leave my car over night and Uber to work in the morning. Not an option for me. So she accommodated me with a Goodyear tire and knocked down the price to be as cheap as the other ones that I was going to get. So I return the following evening as well. Paid for the tires overall I am happy with the tires but they failed to put my four snow tires back in my car and I had to go to the bay doors and ask for them. All in all I am a patient person And I’m not really worried about what happened but the next person might not be so patient.

Will not be going back. Previously I’ve gotten new tires put on two different cars all with excellent customer service and quality tires. However, this time I refused service based on the interaction. I scheduled the appointment over email and specifically asked for estimates for the services I needed. I promptly received good customer service and answers from the sales manager. I set my appointment and was good to go. Day of appointment, they have no record of my appointment or prior service history on file; they don’t have the part I requested on hand (I specifically asked in advance for it as well as the cost to install). On top of that, they attempted to charge me significantly higher rates than I was told via email. I brought this up and was met with them definitely being taken off guard. I refused service and will not be going back. Also, the typical recommendations for every kind of flush in order to charge up the bill are getting really tiring. For work that should’ve been around 460-500, and indeed is at other auto services, they attempted to charge well above. Save your time and money and use a different mechanic.
