The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. And the woman who was on the website chat, price matched for me and was very helpful . She even set up the appointment. It couldn’t have been easier. However, unless you have 2 hours to just sit around when you have a scheduled appointment, I wouldn’t bother. I mean the last time I was a walk in and anticipated a long wait. But this time was very frustrating. I know it only takes 15 minutes to change tires. I can see sitting for 30 minutes, but 2 hours. No thank you. I’ll be buying online and going to my mechanic instead.* Note I am updating this review. My rating has changed for the better as, the company, within moments of my review, reached out and wanted to hear my feedback. The gentleman assured me that he will be speaking to his team at this location as to communicating better with the customer. I appreciate a business that willingly tries to rectify issues with their customers.

I accidentally double booked my Dunn tire appointment with a doctor’s appointment. I called up the location and spoke to Dave around 9 in the morning and explained my situation. He said drop it off and he’ll see what he can do. They exceeded my expectations and were able to get it done by the time I needed it with an hour and a half to spare. Excellent customer service by all those involved and it saved me from having to reschedule. You guys are awesome
