Oscar went absolutely out of his way to help me today. I needed to know the sheen that was ordered 6 months ago for an association my company manages. We spent over 10 minutes on the phone trying to figure out which subcontractor had made the purchase and he was kind and considerate the entire time even though I didn’t have all the information that would have made his job easier.
