I really appreciate when your sign says you open at 5am, and I come through at 5:20 and your still closed. Must be nice being able to adjust your hours when it suits you.

EDIT:This WAS my favorite Dunkin in the area. My husband and I go here often. David makes the best breakfast sandwiches. Heather is always very nice. The reason for my edit is that every time I go someone new is on the drive thru or counter and now I can’t order my favorite drink (iced latte) because the ratio is off and they never know how to make it. I hate going in and thinking can’t order that today because it will look and taste like watered milk.

The staff was very friendly but I didn’t get what I ordered despite telling two people at the window what I wanted after ordering at the speaker. I ordered a chocolate cake donut and a vanilla iced coffee. I got a chocolate glazed donut and see through coffee. Time and date of visit Friday may 14th at 11am
