Limited Time – Explorer Batch coffee. Perfect medium roast flavor with a hint of sweet berries and the medium is only $1 right now. Only complaint is they were short staffed. The two guys behind the counter were exceptionally polite though, even when faced with a disgruntled customer who was yelling because he was late for work waiting on his order… Hats off to those two gentlemen!

Out of all of the local Dunkin restaurants, this staff BY FAR exceeds them all! I drive from Axis, AL weekly to visit this specific location. They are always SO kind and so hard working. If something is wrong, they correct it without hesitation (which by the way, hardly ever happens), the food is always fresh and put together well.. I can go on. The biggest reason though, for 5 stars, is their staff! They deserve a huge shout out because in the end, driving off after hearing “have a wonderful day!” makes you feel good. Keep it up Springhill Ave Dunkin!!

The coffee is Dunkin standards awesome. The staff are always courteous and friendly.3-star rating for the turnaround on orders. Anytime I order anything other than a regular coffee, such as a latte or breakfast item, the staff have me pull to the front. Someone then has to walk my item out to me. This has happened when no one was behind me in line and they often bring my item to me shortly after I park.
