The staff made my order wrong twice. I asked for a French vanilla hot coffee and they gave me a regular hot coffee. I was very polite about it and the guy taking orders told me I never asked for French vanilla when it was the first thing I said. They also forgot to put bacon of my croissant sandwich and when I asked if they could please add the bacon they gave me a whole new sandwich on a bagel with just sausage on it. I felt so horrible telling them a second time that the sandwich was wrong and again I was very polite about it and the lady making sandwiches had such an attitude she shoved the 3rd sandwich in the drive threw mans hands and said “here you go let’s try again, let’s see if that works this time”. I get that it’s stressful working in fast food but don’t take it out on me and lie and say I didn’t ask for something I asked for and then get upset because you had to correct your own correction.

I hate the small parking lot. There donuts are fresh and I’m am always greeted when coming here. I love to order online then do a pick up
