Through the Drive Thru today, I ordered a Lg Ice Coffee with 5 cream and 5 French Vanilla swirl. The woman even repeated it back to me so, I knew she heard me correctly. There were only 4 cars ahead of me and they were getting cars out quickly (that is what the 1 star is for). So, when I get to work and take a sip of my coffee, I want to spit it out. The picture below is what I actually got! I truly hope a manager sees this and offers me a free lg ice coffee in this disasters place!

I ordered my norm: med strawberry coolatta no whip. Not only was the drive-thru line SUPER long, (being that this location is drive-thru only, kind of understandable considering covid) but I got a WATER coolatta with a hint of strawberry & the lady was super rude & unprofessional.
