Went to the drive thru, we were ordering 2 drinks. After the first drink the employee told me my total and rushed me. I said “hello I’m not done ordering.” Waited and then the employee mentions my first drink and then goes “what else?” Ive worked for a Dunkin for 6 years before. Do not rush your customers and don’t assume they are only getting one item. Slow down and listen to your customers. Be friendly.

For how long the line was.. Everything was super fast, fresh, and on point. Very pleasant employees who seem to enjoy what they do. Best place for mini hash browns. Theres are seasoned perfectly!!!
