This is a drive-through only Dunkin. Several times that I have been through here, the lines were very long — and with good reason. I have noticed that just about every car that stops here needs several minutes to complete their transaction. At first, I thought that the customers were just making unusually large purchases. But it’s clearly the fault of the employees. Although they appear adequately staffed, the employees seem to take their sweet time about everything they do. I asked one of the guys at the window once why it took so long to complete my purchase, and he made a snarky, rude reply to the effect that if I didn’t like it, I could take my business elsewhere. They’re not always that slow — weekends are a real crapshoot and seem to be the slowest — but if I go now and see a line, I pass them by.

They keep giving burnt bagels to me. But drinks are great

The one and only drive thru I use these days. Avocado toast, oat milk, and meatless breakfast sandwiches??? I’m never going anywhere else.
