This place has a really nice staff, and I feel like the manager is super nice. They honestly do seem like they are doing their best, and I have never had anyone treat me poorly. But I feel like they are severally understaffed, so I always have issues with more order being off.Most recently, I came in back to back days asking for less ice in my drink, which they even printed on the order ticket. And for both days, I get a cup that is 75% ice. And that’s the super simple issue. It’s been multiple times I’ve asked for and paid for a large, and only received a medium.Another major issue is that the food comes out on one side, but then drinks come out by the register. So the walkway is full of people spread out waiting, and you somehow have to hear your order being called on either side. It doesn’t initially seem that bad, but it’s gets worse when you have to ask where your order is since they can get heavily backed up.
