Story time: Asked the worker to split my medium refresher into 2 small cups “I can’t do that”. Ordered usual ice coffee which was served at room temperature. Returned to the window to get a cup of ice for the warm ice coffee- to avoid the worker to make me a brand new ice coffee and the worker tried to charge me $1.08 for a cup of ice. The worker had to make a new ice coffee instead of just giving the cup of ice, like normal. I was just in the drive through 30 seconds ago. I can’t find myself waiting in your drive through for 15 minutes. Dunkin, you NEED consumers, we don’t need you. ✌️

Food items still good. In recent weeks I have had long waits in the drive up at a few different shops. When I get to the window I get the feeling they are short handed.
