Great!! Alex took my last minute phone order and had it ready in less than 2hrs. I wanted glazed and he didn’t recommend it. I loved that because it shows that he takes pride in his work. He also gave me options for filling types. When I arrived he had the boxes open so I can see the results. I’m a big fan of details and checking to make sure everything is the way I want it…. I didn’t find anything wrong, definitely did a wonderful job. Check out was easy and I didn’t have to wait in line to pay. Can’t wait to try these customized donuts, they smell AMAZING Thanks Alex

This place is always short of staff with the workers running around confused. It happens every day…. weekend and holiday. You can’t have a mobile order section…..a regular counter and parking lot window pickup with only 4 workers.The management needs to understand this.

I’m not sure if all Dunkins agree doing this, but lately their shakes have more milk then the ice cream. You can’t even taste the mint chocolate shake. All you taste is milk. This isn’t the only location, we’ve experienced this at others Dunkin locations. Is this something they’re doing now?
