Worst Dunk’n I’ve ever been to. Please retrain the staff on how to properly make coffee. It’s become worse over time. There are hardly any donuts. It takes the 3pm guy forever to prepare 1 simple cup of coffee. The last cup didn’t even taste like coffee. Absolutely horrible. I’m not going back unless I hear from someone else that you fixed the problem. You have a great location and could be making a great profit. What a waste.

Never properly staffed, literally 1 person working the whole store at a 2pm on Friday. I was waiting for 15mins on line and only 1 customer was served. When they are staffed which is maybe 2 people they act like they are too good to be working there. I’ll go out of my way to go to the one more downtown from now on.

The only reason why I’m giving this location a 5 star is because of your employee Christian. His customer service was pleasant, professional, patient, and on point. Even for our difficult order that included changes, he gave us everything correctly. We mistaken him for a manager which y’all may want to consider. He pays attention and holds a good conversation. I do not take customer service for granted. I feel if someone is doing good then he/she should be rewarded. Thank you Christian because my family was an entourage 🙂
