Poor service, arrogant staff, didn’t get what I ordered and had to correct the worker at the window when he gave me the wrong changed and then he quietly mean faced me for like a minute, frozen, dead silent and gave me the correct change with out saying another word to me. But he wasn’t the only arrogant worker; the woman who took my order continued to repeat herself to me in a condescending way, the same words over and over, instead of explaining.Horrible service, horrible attitudes, got the products wrong, the line was like 20 min, can’t do math, and act like you’re wrong for pointing it out.

All Dunkin’s are essentially the same in terms of food and quality but this one is always so busy that if you want to order ahead, you need to do so at least 15 minutes before. There have been many times where I ordered 15 minutes ago and when I went in, I saw my pickup receipt still on the counter waiting for an employee to start making my drink.It’s pretty frustrating when I am trying to save time by ordering ahead and giving a generous window only to have my drink not made after all that time.
