Am a bit disappointed in the service. Over the course of two weeks I have now made four phone calls to the florist and even talked with the owner Melinda. I called from out of town but I have lots of family there in Athens and I’m originally from there myself. The person I was ordering for is allergic to flowers and I understand that their latex balloons don’t last over 24 hours. I did not want to do a total mylar arrangement. So I was working with them trying to figure out a gift. Ask for a couple of items to be sent to me via picture over the phone which is a service that most places will gladly do with our current technology. After several calls and not getting any cooperation To complete at all, I just decided to go to another florist there. On my first call they were easy to work with and they sent me pictures over the phone and I made a decision and got it all done in less than two hours time of calling them, them calling me back, and I was getting the order completed so I was really really disappointed in Duggers flowers. I had heard great reviews but it didn’t turn out so well for me. Highly Disappointed.
