Good selection and they have buy one 50% off second pair of shoes as well as socks. The only issue there was some difficulty finding the specific shoe box near the display shoe exhibited. I also heard an employee tell a woman that was maskless to please put a mask on so they are being safe in that respect, but bring your own hand sanitizer because they can’t possibly sanitize the hundreds of boxes and display shoes between customers. The employee was helpful in that when he didn’t see the specific size of a particular color of shoe I wanted, he looked online to see if it was able to be ordered from another store or main warehouse. All in all a good experience.

You guys customer service is horrible, you messed up on my order and refusing to replace them. I’m missing a item out of another order and in order for me to receive new items I have to pay extra and it is was not my fault. I have not even received a return and customers service hung up in my face saying that they can’t help me. No manager on duty which is bad. I will never shop here again. I will be reaching out to your corporate office also because you guys are horrible.
