Entered before closing and the store looked great and was greeted with a smile. Looking for some new sneakers. Selection was good and I found my size. The staff was attentive and helpful even though it was very close to closing. My visit was a great experience and the service was 5 star. This was my first visit to DSW and I was greeted by the sweetest young lady, who proceeded to help me and my grandson! Her name is Cynteria Thomas, and if DSW has what you need, she will take you directly to it! She not only helped us find the shoes we needed, she showed us what was on Clearance, signed me up for coupons, and gave me a discount today! She is knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful; and because of Cynteria, I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family!
