I was surprised to find this store listed as an authorized dealer for Junghans. I special ordered a particular reference number through Jack (the owner) who was extremely friendly and transparent about the whole process. He explained the payment, shipping time, etc. with absolute clarity and delivered the watch exactly as he promised and with a smile. His customer service and demeanor is better than even some multi-branch jewelers that I’ve been to. If you’re looking for a Junghans watch I would absolutely recommend Drama Club!
