I had laser eye surgery here with Dr. Kim about 10 years ago. I’m a firefighter and have to run calls 24 hours a day often multiple days in a row. Often on a fire line for weeks in end. My eyes are still going strong.

I had a cataract surgery 2.5 years ago and since I had the surgery, I could no longer read small prints. I have complained to Dr. Kim after surgery but he said to go and buy reading glasses. He prescribed me later a new pair of glasses and when I went to my optometrist, who recommended me to him- my optometrist said its the wrong prescription. Until now I could not read small prints like labels in my clothes; manuals; or even at church books. Then a week ago, I went to another optometrist and based from his findings, he said that I need to do a laser surgery because the lens on the eye he did a cataract surgery has a fog that needs to be corrected. How horrible that I had to suffer all these years without being able to read small prints. He even wanted to do another cataract surgery on the other eye right after my first cataract surgery because he said I need it. However, I went to several doctors and they said I don’t need one.
