Amazing service!I bought a Trek Verve and ended up tricking it out to suit my purposes (road and a bit of gravel, city street commuting, grocery shopping, exercise and fun). Each of the 3 staff people I talked with during the process of choosing the bike and accessories were clearly knowledgeable, friendly and patiently answered each question I had. I was allowed to ride the bike in the park for 20 minutes before purchase.I have to say that Andrew in particular gave me a lot of personal attention. I was able verbally process with him the pros and cons of many accessory options. I got schooled on the possibilities by someone with firsthand knowledge of city living and a biking lifestyle. It was a powerful experience to share with someone who really gets the joy of riding and of riding as a lifestyle choice. He never lost the thread of our conversation despite the busyness of the shop and the time it took me to get a hands on feel for all the accessory options. At no time did he pressure me in the least, (and I’ve been told by others I’m not particularly speedy at processing new info.) I am delighted with the maxed out functionality of my new bike. Oh- and they had the bike ready the morning after I closed the shop at 6pm the night before! Thanks guys.I love this place

Fast, good work on my bicycles (a commuter hybrid and a beater). Very reasonable prices. Helpful and friendly too, I can’t say enough good!

Andrew and Patrick were great to work with… they didn’t have the exact bike I wanted… but neither did any other local bike shop… so I upgraded… they transferred my various accessories from the old bike to the new without complaint.. I can highly recommend.
