I tried two times to spend money at this place and the customer service was non-existent. For me anyway. I don’t know if it’s because I dress a little goofy, or I just look like someone who probably wouldn’t have any money. But my uncle gave me 10 grand the other day , cash ..to help me replace all the guns I lost during the campfire as he just got his settlement. I was really looking forward to coming in there and either purchasing or ordering several high-priced items. And it’s not like they were busy this time. There was only one other customer in there and there was a guy and a girl standing at the counter making fun of whoever had just called in with a question and I saw them look at me twice as I just stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me … this never happened so me and all my money just left. I know customer service doesn’t exist much anywhere anymore because most people will just order stuff online if they have to, but your employees cost you thousands today and all they would have had to do is say hi to me. Never judge a book by its cover, I feel like a lot of these places only give the good service to the people that are either hunters or look the part. I might not look like I have money but I was literally standing there with thousands of dollars in cash in my pocket waiting to hand it over… all I needed was someone to help me and it never happened. Also if any owner or manager is reading this and you think I’m exaggerating, check your cameras, you can’t miss me, I’m the guy with the bright red shoes and the gold watch.

Contacted Down Range to plan a Girls Night Out event. Communication was a little hard at the beginning however they were able to accommodate us. We had a 30 minute lesson and an hour and a half on the range. Our instructor was fabulous.

Very slow customer service. I had 10- min of business to take care of and I have been in the store for over 1-hr so far…yikes this throws off my other scheduled meetings today. Frustrated but patient.
