So after posting my problem with this store location , the store owner reached out to us and listened to our problem with the bed . He also had our order in front of him . He had taken the the time to track the bed frame down for us and have it brought out the next day . This is what customer service is about . We didn’t want a whole new system we just wanted the defective one switched out . The Manager at this store needs to learn that customer service is a big part of sales and if you don’t listen and help it will kill your business. Thank you Nicolas for your kindness , attentiveness, and taking care of us . We will be back !
