This is place is as shady as the swap meet Jewelers. I just purchased a estimate of $3,000 in merchandise and it hasn’t even been 30days and stones are falling out. There excuse was maybe it loosen during sizing. But what’s the excuse for the ring that wasn’t sized. So beware of places that has a 30day policy. Especially if it’s not in front of register. Yes I have the warranty to it looks like I’m going to be running back and forth to this store every two weeks a so called diamond falls out. Like I said not even 30 days. I’m so embarrassed that I given these gifts to my Wife and Daughter for graduation. So heed my words. This is so pathetic! I will be getting the Jewelers merchandise appraised and for their sake it better be what they said it is. If not they will see me in civil court! That’s a promise.

Terrible service. There was only one guy helping us. Poor guy looked new, didn’t have knowledge on the jewelry. The rest of the women had sour attitudes, couldn’t even get a smile back. Wouldn’t recommend people coming here.
