Today when I went to purchase some earrings the lady that was working today was beyond rude when I called to speak to the manager the other lady refused to let me speak to one I have purchased many items here and today was the last time I come to this location on Avalon! If you can get your jewelry else where do so that way you don’t give this rude location your hard earned money the forget that they have jobs because of us customers. I went back to work so upset because of this situation. Their behavior was disgusting

Worst place to get your child’s ears pierced.The employee that pierced my granddaughters ears did not pierce them where she had marked them.NO WHERE NEAR !I had to remove the earring from my granddaughters ear and have to wait for it to heal since this unprofessional employee couldn’t do her job right. Now she has to go through the pain again when she gets it repierced. When my daughter went back to show the manager a picture she tried to blame it on her and say you probably told her to pierce it there. Which was very unprofessional and rude .It also made no sense because the whole point of having it marked is to pierce it there. Makes me wonder if there employees are even licensed to pierce ears.
