I will never return to this tire shop again the worst service I have ever received. I needed my two front tires balanced I was asked to park and then they proceeded to assist 4 other customers before I had to go and ask when I would be helped. They finally started my truck, the guy that began didn’t even know where to place the jack he had to go ask someone, then after he gets the first wheels off they lean it up against the balancing machine again I’m waiting, again I had to go ask when they would get to my vehicle. After I asked they started again had to go call another guy cause they didn’t know how to use the machine to balance the tires. It took just about an hour to balance two tires and that was only because I questioned the wait if not who knows how long it would have taken, and a little uneasy about the quality of the work after it seemed they weren’t trained properly.

I had a crazy blowout on the freeway , almost crashed. Found this place online just a mile off the exit. Here right now getting a set of used tires put on my car. $30 each, balanced, taxes included, out the door price. They were done in 20 minutes! Wow! Fast, affordable, professional. Will be coming back.

Worst service ever. I went to change my front tires. I called the guy over the phone and asked him for two Yokahama tires. The guy said he has them in stock. Upon arrival, the guy mentioned that he does not have Yokahama. He lied to bring me to the shop. I had to accept buying his chinese brand tires as I really needed them. He installed them and I saw while he is balancing them that he does not even look at the reading of the machine. He took the tire off the balancing machine and I asked him to put it back as I suspect to he did not balance them right. The machine showed the tire is not balanced. The guy does everything half fast crab and does not even know how to use the machine.After he finished, I took the car and I heard a grinding sound. The unprofessional guy put the balancing weight on the rim where they can hit the dust cover of the brakes. I was sitting inside the car as the guy got a chisel and started removing all the balancing sticker weights off the rim. He thought I am not going to notice. I opened my door and found all weights removed from the tire. I confronted him and he said these weights on the floor are not from my tire. I told him that I just saw him remove them by a Chisel. He wanted to do a half fast job instead of taking off the tire and putting the weights in correct place where they can’t grind with the dust cover.These people do not have integrity. Get yourself away from them. They are corrupt.
