I bought lot of items including greeting card and cover. I inserted greeting card inside the cover without knowing that it might be annoying while billing. I even apologized for putting the card inside that cover(which I m buying) to the old lady in the billing counter but she didn’t hear and ignored me. I don’t like the attitude they show as if they are paying from their pocket. I hardly go there and I haven’t been there after this covid19 but this is my first worst experience. They have the pride as if they are the only ones who belong to this country but most of them are deported from another country.

As usual, long lines to check out. At first only 1 clerk, people were too close together & almost to the back of the store. Then after 2nd clerk, lines were long (I was 9th) & people were too close together in 2 places. They need a better way to check people out. A positive: clerk was competent and friendly.
