Horrible customer service and very rude manager! I was in the store with my two grandchildren, they are 3 and 5 years old. My 3 year old grandson needed to use the restroom and was about to have an accident. I went up front and asked the manager – Marsha, if he could use the restroom and she yelled out and said no, no restrooms for customers and literally shock her finger at me while she was saying no to me. Like she was saying no to me like a child! So disrespectful and rude. I spend a lot of money in this store and I have already contacted the corporate office. This is not the first time I have experienced horrible customer service at this location. The staff needs to be replaced. I have witnessed the manager and several employees be so, so rude to customers including myself. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Great store. Always well stocked. They do not have bathrooms open to public during the pandemic. At home is right next door and thier restrooms are open to public. Other dollar tree location on I35 next to big lots has thier bathrooms closed as well but big lots has thier restrooms open. Just putting this out there for an FYI
