Betty at the dollar tree on loop 281 was so unprofessional and didn’t greet us. She was not pleasant and had an evil attitude with us. She didn’t thank us and didn’t smile. This Sunday morning visit was awful. The store was dirty and cluttered and Betty was the absolute worse. She did not greet us when she checked us out. She never made eye contact and was rude. While scanning the merchandise, Betty was slamming the items up against the scanner and throwing it. Then Betty picked up the divider and threw it on the belt. Betty is the absolute worst. She nevergreeted us and she didn’t thank the lady in front of me. Betty threw the items so hard shethrew it on the floor took a swig of her drinkbefore picking it up. Charlotte from the Eastman road location needs to travel on down to the 281 loop location to train Betty on how to give good customer service. Betty never made eye contact, never smiled, didn’t say a word to the lady in front of me and aggressively threw my purchases. I overheard Betty tell another employee that she needs to train the next girl they hire. If Dollar tree allows Betty to train new employees, they will continue to have high turnovers. Please don’t subject employees to the ignorant diabolical attitude of Betty. Since Betty has this sense of self entitlement to treat customers with such disrespect I can’t imagine how diabolical she is towards her coworkers. To mistreat customers she is hired to give customer service…how unprofessional.

I love Dollar Tree because they make cleaning supplies affordable, plus SOCKS, hair supplies, and even rugs. For a dollar I can throw them away after 3 or 4 times washing without feeling bad. And most of the employees are helpful and polite. I LOVE LOVE DOLLAR TREE. So …. As far as I’m concerned they way outdo WalMart. Walmart employees have become ANYTHING BUT HELPFUL AND SURE NOT POLITE.
