Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m not sure what happened before me and other customers pulled up but unless there is unsafe conditions you should never lock the doors early. The store closed at 9pm and they locked the doors at 8:45 The young lady was upset about something and had an attitude. We eventually got in when she let a customer out. At 8:54 the young lady waved off customers that pulled up to the store. I work in retail and understand the frustration of last minute customers. You have to remain professional. You can’t lock customers out before closing time. I have seen other very unprofessional things at this location from management.
