I have been going there for a number of years and I don’t understand why the owners of this store does not see the value of employees that they have working there for example Carlos, who is very courteous and efficient and works well with the customers. He goes over and beyond his duties. Lately I have observed less and less of Carlos, he should be promoted and given more hours! Since I have seen him less and less, I have noticed longer lines and the store has not been as tidy!! Therefore I have decided to shop at another dollar tree! You guys need to do better!!!!

I have been to other dollar trees so I know what to expect. However, this one was very uncomfortable. The shelves were bare and there were boxes everywhere. I actually triped on one of the boxes. The boxes stacked were a safety hazard above my head. Big boxes on top of small boxes. The hand trucks of boxes were in front of merchandise I was trying to purchase. I purchased some items and can’t beat the price. For a Friday, it should have not been like that in there. Also, only one person at the register which is typical for most dollar trees i have been to. Long wait. Still cant beat the amount paid for goods. Everything a $1. This is my first time here. Mayber next time they will be more stocked with items on shelves and not on boxes.

I called to see if this location had furniture polish and when the person picked up and I started to ask if they had furniture polish they immediately hung up on me. I called again and nobody picked up. I called once more and when the person picked up it was a new person and I stated that whoever just picked up the phone hung up on me and the person on the phone cut me off and told me “it doesn’t matter, what do you need” and it was so incredibly rude. I would understand if I was rude or something but I wasnt given the chance to speak and I just wanted to know if they had what I needed. Awful establishment and obviously is in need of new staff because the ones there do not care about proper customer service.
