I usually go to this store if I don’t feel like driving to my favorite one that’s 10 minutes away. This is 2 minutes from my house and because they got a bad review and my sibling works there I got banned. Yet I didn’t cause any commotion. I got what I needed and left. My partner is also banned. Surveys are important but I’m super disappointed in the manager for knowing I come in all the time and I’ve never caused a problem. Their loss. I’ll just drive the 10 minutes and put my money into a store that doesn’t just ban people over bad reviews they have no clue where it come from.
