He (Mr Dixon) was making a mold that took forever to go with an engagement ring that I was going to purchase from him and he said it wouldn’t be a problem if he I didn’t like the band when it came in. When I said I didn’t want the band he said they are a set now. He also changed the price to almost twice what it was when I first looked at the ring. He was very rude and unprofessional. He was also rude to my fiance. I really wanted this ring but when he changed the price and made it higher than the one I could get from Kays without insurance it didn’t make since to buy it anymore. I even offerred a ring to exchange with this ring and he said no. These are a set now. When I first went in they said I didn’t have to get bands that they had put with the rings. He made this band to go with the ring and decided he wasn’t going to separate the two. I will never buy anything from this store. I am going to get the same ring at Kay’s for cheaper and will also get insurance on it.
