We bought a door and when we got it home we found out it had dents at the bottom of it. We called them back and they refused to let us return it because the brick moulding had been put on. They said that was considered to be installed. Come on, get real. That is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Last time I’ll go in there. That’s a crooked way to do business. Now I have to go to Lowe’s where I should have went the first time. At least they stand behind their products.
