Great place. They sell Hanger steak here (in the freezers), which is hard to find around here. I’d give 5 stars if they had better opening hours though! Also, their COVID protocols are far too strict in my opinion. You’d think masking & social distancing would be enough when 70% of us are fully vaccinated, but Dittmer’s goes beyond this w/ their no-family policy.Anywho, one last thing to add: the smoked Salmon they sell (the vacuum sealed ones) might be the best I’ve ever tasted!! Recommend this place

Great butcher with a wide selection of excellent quality meats. The COVID rules are strict (which is good), including only one family member (no negotiation). I witnessed families being turned away. So if you going with family make sure only one person lines up to go in.
