Pepe provided us top notch service and answered every one of our questions happily and without hesitation. We were headed to Tempe AZ and got a flat. Our roadside assistance person suggested this place and lead us here. Pepe helped us on many replacement choices and of course all the questions I had that followed. We were 3rd in line with no appointment, naturally, and the whole ordeal probably took around an hour. This Discount Tire was very professional and you can tell they take great pride in their work! We hope never to be back given the circumstances, but rest assured that we’re covered at any Discount Tire for the life of the tires. Not bad considering they were used tires.

The staff was very helpful and good customer service. I was able to see the emploee from a distance and he took all the measures to repair and test my tire. Highly recommend this store will return there for any tire problems
