My hats off to these guys for their continued hard work and patience during all the chaos! Just because of the high amount of customers and vehicles that come through a Discount Tire on any given day – service may not always be perfect. And yes – wait times can be longer than wemay have liked. The limited number of bays does have a tendency to bottleneck the higher volume days resulting in the longer wait times.I was very pleased with the service I recently received. Oscar was a class act and made sure that I was happy with the final sets of tires I chose for my vehicle. Thank you Oscar. The time you spent with me was much appreciated.The five star is for these guys showing character in a high volume, high stress environment and working to provide the best service to their customers.
